Human-interface interaction model based on knowledge feature and incident activation principle

The essence of human-machine interaction becomes task for the knowledgeable trend of the relation of human-computer.This paper proposes the concept knowledge and points out that the process of interaction between human and interface is a process of solving problem which is characterized by interface based on Taylor's scientific management and previous research of the team.It constructs a model to characterize the interaction between human and interface,after analyzing the model the paper proposes a principle of interface design named incident activation principle.It takes an interface of mobile phone as an example.Simulation experiment validates the effectiveness of the principle.
