Research and Implementation of a High Performance USN-based File Server

with the increasing explosively of data in internet, Unified Storage Network (USN) merging NAS and SAN, have become the new focus. Considering the disadvantages of the traditional file server, we present a novel USN based file server. In this paper, the performed the design of the file server is introduced in detail, and an intensively performance evaluation study on the file server is preformed.
