Comprehensive Evaluation Research on Efficacy of Service Sign System of Subway Station

A comprehensive evaluation index system of service sign system's efficacy is established,and the weight of each evaluation index is obtained with the aid of analytic hierarchy process.Based on the fuzzy mathematics theory,a comprehensive evaluation of efficacy of service sign system of Xujiahui station of the subway line 1 of Shanghai is investigated.Then a conclusion is reached that further improvement of sign designing should focuse on such issues as the signs' quantity,style and color,high-lighting and veracity of the information.
