Video Semantic Annotation System Research and Development Based on RIA

A Chinese video semantic testing set is developed.In this paper,a kind of video semantic tag model is propsed at first.Second,the Ontology of tag is analyzed.Then a kind of tag method is presented which is easy to use.And last,a video semantic tag system is developed.the RIA technology is adapted in the video semantic tag system.This system will improve the sharing for information.And through the check using the tags,it will assure the accuracy.
