Application model of software P3 in water transport project management

This paper analyzes the characteristics of software P3 and its application status.Taking a typical gravity wharf project as an example,we introduce the whole progress about project management of plan,resource and cost using software P3,and establish thetwo-stage,eight stepsapplication model of software P3,which may serve as a guidance to the project management by software P3.
