The definition and flow of risk management and decision-making are introduced. Risk management and decision-making for levee is researched from three aspects:the main contents of risk management and decision-making for levee,the divisional method of safety grade for levee and its technology development. Engineering and non-engineering measures of risk reduction for levee are outlined.
