This paper uses heart monitoring mechanism in communication service platform of the distributed application system,and by the designation of synchronization module about heartbeat monitoring and communications control system,greatly improves the monitoring and management capacity of communications services platform,It can find the errors during the process of application,so that the operations of system without faults are ensured as long as possible.Therefore it guarantees that the whole system has the ability to run uninterrupted.
