On the deformation control of metal bellows in vacuum leak detection process

Metal bellows are liable to be instable and deformable in vacuum leak detection process,thus making the leak rate impossible to check normally,even resulting in the damage to the parts/assemblies relevant to the detection.Some solutions are therefore given correspondingly to the problems mentioned above,which include some typical constructions of metal bellows.Furthermore,the design method of specific parts for leak detection and the principle of strength checking are both suggested as the guidelines for practical technologic applications.
