A brief introduction to super low power dissipation DDS chip-AD9952 and its design scheme

Basic theory and main performance of AD9952, the newest product of ADI Corporation, are introduced in this paper. A scheme that uses AD9952 to realize wide band and low phase noise frequency source by CPLD as a control circuit is presented. The paper discusses on DDS spectrum purity improvement, and gives the circuit scheme.
