Application of Phase-Coded Signal in Homing Guidance

Phase-Coded Signal is a kind of pulse compression signal and is widely used in radar system.It can resolve the contradiction between range and range resolution and have the advantage of anti-jamming and high track precision.But the application area is restricted because phase-coded signal is Doppler sensitive.In this paper radar transmit signal is chosen to adapted to specific battlefield according to ambiguity function.This method which resolves the Doppler sensitivity with INS data is proposed and is validated in practice.
