The Current Quality Situation and Countermeasure to University Major Subjects File Room Clerks

Disciplines file clerk is the most active and critical factors in the discipline information library,its overall quality of the subjects is to a large extent determined by the quality of the library service.This paper discusses the quality requirements to the university file clerk in the construction of key disciplines,the current situation of the library file clerk quality on key subjects and the countermeasures to improve the qualities.
