A Restrictive View of the Phenomenon of one Manuscript for many Journals in Science Journals

A manuscript for many magazines is not only seriously against the innovative principle of academic research,but also against scientific morale.The phenomenon results from subjective as well as objective reasons,i.e.lacking basic sense of contributing manuscript,long time proof-reading,the irrational system for the academic assessment and deficiency of the scientific morale.The problems can be solved by strengthening education,purifying academic atmosphere,standardizing proofreading work of science journals,perfecting academic assessing system and taking forceful measures.
