Business Process Reengineering of University Library in RFID Environment

This paper expounds the necessity of carrying out the business process reengineering in university library in the environment of RFID technology,and from two aspects of the reengineering of the service departments of university library(acquisitioning, cataloging and circulating)and the reengineering of deep service pattern,puts forward some suggestions on further improving university library's business process reengineering.
