Model and Algorithm Implementation of Logon User' Authority Distribution

To meet the safety needs of a MMIS on authority distribution for different logon users, an algorithm of rummaging, inquiring and reflecting is implemented on the platform of Delphi 5.x and Oracle RDBMS based on the functional model analysis. Some related programs are also presented. ;
