Study on relativity of evaluation index based on concept-tree

It is a fundamental task to distinguish the relativity between the evaluation indexes in order to optimize the evaluation index system. In this paper, first, we group three types according to the frame of reference and the unit of the index variables, and we study their combination between all types of the index variables and their calculational methods. Second, we apply a new method-concept_tree to the relativity analysis between the evaluation indexes. We bring forward the method of constructing concept_tree.We illustrate the method in detail by an example, and we give our advice on how to deal with the problem-the higher relative degree of evaluation index in the higher hierarchy, which often appears in the practice.Finally, we point out that the method can be applied not only to the evaluation of education,and the evaluation of scientific research.
