In this paper,SPKI/SDSI is summarized.The characteristics of web services and the security requirements of access control for web services are analyzed.An access control model for web services based on SPKI/SDSI certificate is presented,and its security solutions are discussed.In the end,the extension of SPKI/SDSI certificates is discussed.
