Analysis and Research of the Application of ITIL in Information Operation and Maintenance

Starting from the ITIL theory,this paper analyzes the chanllenges and opportunities of current information operation and maintenance.Based on the relevant SGCC ITSM achievements,using quoting and reference,mining and customization,and innovation and development methods,considering the real situation of Gansu Electric Power Corporation(GEPC),the new idea and method of improving ITIL and constructing information operation and maintenance systems with Gansu characteristics are introduced.ITIL consequently plays a more important role in information operation and maintenance in GEPC.
