Based on the structure and functions of communication reconnaissance support system,the evaluation indexs system is set up which is consisted of reconnaissance ability, flexibility,viability,usability and cre- ditability . Then advance a method of determining indexs weight according to their difference in weightiness and the amount of information ,measuring the performance indexs by avail function ;Finally the evaluation modal of system effectiveness is advanced .
