On Archive Management with Paper and Electronic Documents in Coexistence

With the advent of automation of office work and electronic government affairs,a large quantity of electronic documents and paper documents coexist.At such a time,it is necessary to collect and put in order traditional paper archives.It is even more necessary to timely collect and put in order electronic archives in accordance with their characteristics,pave the way for digitalization of archives in the future.The paper discusses the new requirements for archive work when paper and electronic documents coexist,investigates the mechanisms for time collection,arrangement,classification and storage of paper and electronic archives,and analyzes the relations between paper document management and electronic document management.
