In the design of a dynamic memory, as the variety and number of interconnections are increased, the access time is improved significantly. In this paper, a method of constructing interconnections on a dynamic memory of any size is presented. The quantitative relation between the structure of interconnections and the minimum time of usable random accessing in practice has also been gives.
