Quality Control Strategy of Preparation for Appraisement

By combining with the reality of the military academy and the duty features of preparation for the appraisement,we propose the quality control strategy in three aspects: preparation,organization and implementation,and performance test and acceptance.We consider that the following steps are the key to ensuring the quality of appraisement preparation,that is,enhancing the awareness of quality control and laying down the criteria,and organizing and implementing seriously and testing strictly.
