The Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation of the Operational Effectiveness of ground-to-Ground Campaign Tactical Missile

To reduce the complexity of operational effectiveness evaluation for ground-to-ground campaign tactical mis- sile,a two-stage fuzzy combined evaluation model was given and corresponding evaluation process was described in this paper.In addition,the evaluation method which,overcame the shortcoming of the old method,can be programmed easi- ly and applied widely due to its simple,normative arithmetic formulas.
