The paper introduces the Protection of Computer Software,and analyses the ways and means about the Protection of Computer Software in China and the other countries.This paper analys the merits and demerits of the Protection of Computer Software by patent law.At last,the article puts forward legislative suggestions about the Protection of Computer Software in China.
