Adaptive Variable Coordinate Techniques in Image Compression

This paper presents adaptive variable coordinate techniques on the basis of analyszing image transform,fractal image compression and vector quantification.The point is to raise the compression rate by reconstructing the coardinate system according to the image self likeness theory.It is also suggested to use wavelet transforming algorithm in image resemble judgement.
