Research and Improvement Based on Adaptive Flat Search Template of ARPS

Due to ARPS algorithm's initial motion vector prediction is not precise enough and ARPS algorithm has the same search strategy for different macroblocks,Through the in-depth study based on the principle of ARPS algorithm,proposed a flat template based on adaptive search of new fast motion estimation algorithm.In this paper,put forward new ideas about the initial prediction motion vector algorithm,early termination criteria and through the trend of the object's different sports using different search templates.experiments show that the proposed algorithm has higher speed than the original ARPS algorithm under the premise of ensure image quality.
