Problems and countermeasures of intra-logistics management in coal enterprises

This paper introduces characteristics of logistics management in modern coal enterprises and points out significance to strengthen logistics management in coal dustry at present.It discusses some new problems facing coal enterprises in the course of intralogistics development.In order to adapt to developing strategy of enterprises and improving efficiently logistics management,the author put forward six countermeasures,optimizing production and supply logistics,reforming logistics model of production and supply,subtly designing logistics plan,developing comprehensive distribution logistics and intensifying professional market construction.
