MECHANISM OPTIMUM DESIGN FOR THE PERFORATER OF COTTON SEEDLING YINGYANGBUO TRANSPLANT

That machine is a multi-rod collecting mechanism. Using optimum design, the position of installing punching tube is defined in the connecting rod of main crank-swing bar mechanism. Swing bar is connected with moving point M_1 by a space mechanism. So that when punching tube cut the earth, it can rotate around its axle at the same time. That is conducive to cut the earth. In shape debugging, punching tube is reversed at the bottom. That is conducive to snap the earth. This machine has passed technical appraisal and it is mive welcomed by cotton farmers.
