The paper given the index system of comprehensive evaluation of survivability of air defence C~3I system in the light of real operational conditions.AHP and Delphi method are used in deciding the weights,and the quantitative index is processed by standardized value,thus overcoming the subjectivity of assignment by expert in some extent.The comprehensive quantified evaluation model of survivability of air defense C~3I system is etablished by AHP and fuzzy integrated evaluation,finally the their fiasibility is proven by a real example.
