Stochastic Elasticity and Its Application on Poisson Process

The author introduced stochastic elasticity into nonhomogeneous Poisson process and studied the elastic from the accumulation intension function to time variable.and gave an example to show that intension elasticity is correctly and practically in the study of Poisson process.
