Combining XP and RUP to develop small projects

The characteristics of XP and RUP are summarized, which are the two types of the software development process, and XP and RUP can be combined to develop the small projects, and then some combination methods are indicated in the practical developments. At last, an example of the development process of a management information system for better understand is given.
