The design of information system in hydropower development and it's application in Eco-environment research

Based on VB and ArcObjects,the paper designed and implemented a GIS information system of Sichuan's hydropower development.The system includes vision,querying,spatial analysis.And using it can solve eco-environmental problems in hydropower development any time.
