Measures of Improving the Image Quality of Digital Video Monitoring System

From the getting, transmitting, processing, display and playback of the video image, this paper discusses some key problems, such as the selecting of camera, wire, monitor and display, the packing of video image and network transmission. It also raises some technologies and requirements, so that the image quality of digital video monitoring system will be improved.
