Project quality evaluating system is an important process which involving large computes and many factors. This paper first describes the total process of project quality evaluating, sets up a system framework, then develops the system using ASP.NET technology. By using computer and network technology, it can make the process more simple,accurate,standardize and it can help technical personnel keeping abreast of quality evaluate from long distance, making quality evaluating system play important role in project development .
