The Design of Anti-blocking Device of No-tillage Maize Planter

When No-tillage maize Planter is working on the uncultivated land which was covered with wheat stubble,a new type of anti-blocking device is designed to solve the problems of grass-wrapping and blocking when furrow opener is moving.The device can not only cut off the straw but also poke it to cleaning up the straw in front of the furrow opener effectively.The effect of anti-blocking is fine and it need little power.The main parameter of the disk which is the main part of the anti-blocking device is confirmed.The advantage of the structure is breaking less mass of straw,in order to breaking less ground and consuming less power,the advantage of conservation tillage,can exert better.
