On editing and publishing journals of science and technology in the era of internet

With the popularity of the internet, new features have been brought about to the editing and publishing journals of science and technology. Internet techniques have been widely used in the trade of publication, which has made qualitative changes both in the contents and methods of compilation. In view of the above factors, a good mastery of the internet techniques, making full use the information in the internet and keeping up with the new development in our era are three major problems to be solved in the improvement of the professional qualities of editors.
