Legal Protection of Fictitious Property in Network

Network games have formed a vast emergent market, which has a high-speed growth. But disputes caused by network property are innumerable. The protection of network property is an urgent thing. A legal question is also supposed to solve instantly: How should we frame legal system so as to protect fictitious property.
