Wireless Remote Monitoring System of Tower Crane Based on Internet of Things Technology

Setting tower crane as the object,starting from the state of safety monitoring of tower crane,by using internet of things technology and combining with the specific way and working conditions of tower crane,this paper studies the wireless remote monitoring system of tower crane based on internet of things technology.Collection of operation state information of tower crane,monitoring of ARM9 Lord panel and wireless transmission of ZigBee and GPRS are mainly described in this paper.The system has advantages such as convenient installation and low power consumption,and can meet the requirements of tower crane monitoring system.This subject solves the questions of real-time runtime-state collection,data storage and hard wiring of tower crane,which has an important engineering practical significance to the safe operation and accident analysis of tower crane.
