A Reflection on Law in China's Network Consumer Rights Protection

As a result of rapid development of network consumption,network shopping has become a hard-hit area of network consumers rights protection,which leads to constant cases of network consumers' trading safety,rights for information,fair play and request for compensation,thus violating China's economic order and legal rights of consumers.Improvements must be made in China's current law in the field of protecting consumers' rights.Such work should focus on specifying relevant legal duties and responsibilities of operators,and centers on protecting consumers' rights,hinge on regulating and monitoring electronic merchants' behavior,and guaranteeing an approach of remedy methods.
