The Disquisition on Influence of Hemolysis to Coagulation Testing Results

Objective:To investigate the influence of hemolysis on coagulation tests. Methods:100 hemolytic samples are collected,to measure plasma coagulation time and contents. Results:There are statistic significances(P0.05) for PT,APTT,TT testing results between hemolytic group and no hemolysis group(retesting group of drawing blood once more)There is no statistic significance(P 0.05)for Fbg testing results between hemolytic group and no hemolysis group.Conlusion:There are influences about coagulation testing results to hemolytic samples.Drawing blood once more and retesting are suggested.
