New Nonlinear Model for Fractal Image Compression Coding

A nonlinear fractal image compression model that were put forward by Hong Yan etc pioneers a new field of nonlinear fractal image compression method. It can partly solve a problem that the compression dictionary is very small, but the model is very complicated. In view of the defect, this paper designs a simple and nonlinear disk model, simplifies the disk model by Hong Yan designed in literature~ [2] ,and can also solve problem of small compression dictionary. The experimental results show that the new model is very simple and has better compression results and high quality rebuilding image.
