With regard to uncertain multi-criteria decision-making problems,in which the criteria weights are incompletely certain and the criteria value of alternatives are in the form of trapezoidal fuzzy numbers,a fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making approach based on prospect theory is proposed. In this method, risk psychological factors of decision makers are introduced into multi-criteria fuzzy decision-making,and a prospect value function of trapezoidal fuzzy numbers is defined based on prospect theory and the formula for measuring the distance between fuzzy numbers. And a non-linear programming model which satisfies maximum integrated prospect value can be enacted. After that, the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model to attain the criteria weights, and the order of alternatives can be listed consequently. Finally,an example illustrates the feasibility and validity of this approach.
