An Approach for GPS Ambiguity Decorrelation Using Ordering and Cholesky Factorization

A new method for GPS ambiguity decorrelation was proposed by analyzing two methods of Inverse integer Cholesky decorrelation methodwhitening filter algorithm and a method based on ordering process and low-triangle Cholesky factorization.The new method was based on ordering process and upper-triangle Cholesky factorization.The performances of the new method and the other two methods were compared by using real data.The results showed that the new method and whitening filter algorithm had almost the same effect on decorrelation process,but the former was faster than the later; the new method and the method based on low-triangle Cholesky factorization had almost the same effect and speed on decorrelation process.
