Fuzzy Linguistic Evaluation Model of Combat Capability of Medium-range Air-to-air Missile

Combat capability evaluation of medium-range air-toair missile is an uncertain multiple attribute decision making problem,which consists of quantitative and qualitative factors.The paper built an index system for combat capability and proposed an evaluation model.Use fuzzy Delphi method to adjust the opinions of decision makers and reach the consensus.By multiplying the fuzzy decision matrix with the corresponding fuzzy attribute weights,the final fuzzy results were achieved.Finally,an example was given to show the efficiency of the method.
