On the Construction of Drug Banning Culture with Capital Features

Drug banning culture with capital features is a general term for the utilization and construction of various types of cultural activities integrated with the situation of drug banning,laws of development and characteristics with the unique features of capital politics,economy,and culture as the background.Creating unique artistic drug banning works,making full use of the resources in higher education institutions to develop drug banning activities and launching drug banning volunteer projects are different forms of drug banning culture with capital features,and are fundamental measures to resist the narcotic subcultures.To bring the capital drug banning culture into full play,its construction should be taken as a long term strategy to be expanded and deepened;the publicity on the concept of drug banning culture and its cultural products needs to be intensified and extended;a corresponding mechanism as a guarantee must be established.
