A Study on Urban Real Estates' Early-warning and Forecasting Technology

By constructing the urban real estate early-warning and forecasting technolgy,this paper analyzes its technology points in detail,and uses empirical data in concerned city to test the functions of early-warning and forecasting of the system.The results indicates that this system can reflect the running-status of real estate market in city well and truly,exert the function of early-warning and forecasting.
