On the Development Stage and Method of the Electronic File Management

Electronic file is the products of information and office automation.The electronic records management must be suited to the developments of the electrification and office automation.This article firstly put forwards three development stages of the electronic records management that is the stage of individual management,network management and Non-paper management.This paper studies the characteristics which the electronic records management should have in three development stages,and the method which should be adopted.Its aims to make the electronic records management according with the development of information,the standard of office automation and the actual development of e-government,then promotes the electronic records management.
