Grid Resource Allocation Based on the Discrete Particle Swarm Algorithms

One key problem of Grid computing is task scheduling and resource allocation.A grid resource allocation method based on the discrete particle swarm algorithm is proposed.In order to apply the algorithm to grid resource allocation and task scheduling,we redefine the particle's position and velocity,and redesign the transformation rules for the position and velocity of particles.Theoretical analysis and simulation experiments show that it can produce good results.
