With respect to the various commercial activities in different trades, the paper presents a systematic solution to the electronic purchase based on the Java middleware technology in a multi-network architecture, and farcuses on the function-level framework, basic services, functional modules and functional settings of the E-Marketplace site system which belongs to the electronic purchase system.
