Novel Fault Diagnosis Methods of Modern Analog Circuit

In this paper,the development history and status quo of the fault diagnosis of analog circuit are introduced,and some new theories and methods based on expert system,neural network,fuzzy theory,wavelet transform and their application in fault diagnosis of analog circuit,are discussed.Furthermore,the fundamental principle,respective advantages and disadvantages of each method are expatiated in emphasis.The existent problems are analyzed as well.Finally,the development trend of the fault diagnosis technology of analog circuit is pointed out.
