The developmental status and the disadvantages of Internet Bank are firstly analyzed, and then designed Internet bank system which is base on the distributed system, analyzed principle of Internet bank's structure and system's modules. Finally, it discusses on the implementation of realizing the security technology in Internet bank system. It could guide the development fore ground of Internet Bank.
